How does it feel to do your job?	Rewarding!
What's the best thing about your manager's work style or your interaction with her/him?	Hands off, unless issues arrive that I need help with. It is great to have the trust from management that I will accomplish my job.
Describe the Spansion community and your interaction with friends here.	Our team in Austin are all friends, we do lunch and activities outside the office all the time.
