What attracted you to Spansion? Working with top notch people, a high-energy boss, and state of the art equipment.
What keeps you here? The work environment, the people, and the interesting job.
What do you like best about working at Spansion? I'm constantly learning new things and growing in my expertise. I feel I've gained much more than if I'd stayed in my previous position.
What do you feel are the most unique things about Spansion? We're very product focused but at the same time manage to not lose sight of the people behind the products, both those who produce them and those who use them.
What is the most challenging part of your job here at Spansion? Trying to be all things to all people. We're almost a skeleton crew in our department. Besides the analytical work, I also do equipment maintenance and ordering of supplies and training and whatever needs to be done.
Tell us about the team you work with and what you enjoy most about working with them. We're all pretty distinct individuals and are responsible for very different things. We tend to be people who work best alone, yet we also excel at pulling together and working as a team.
What makes you go to work each day? Knowing that there is a variety of interesting work to be done and that people there appreciate what I do.
What was the last book you read or movie you saw? Book: The Complete Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi. It's a graphic novel about her experiences growing up in revolutionary Iran.
Tell us a little known fact about you. I taught myself to play piano when I was 6. As soon as I learned to read, I applied it to old piano books that had been sitting around.
